One Year, Warranty
What is covered: This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship in your new furniture piece.
How long your coverage lasts: This warranty lasts one year from the original date of purchase.
Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership.
What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage such as that caused by abuse, misuse,
ordinary wear, failure to follow directions, freight damage, accidents of any type or improper
maintenance, improper or incorrect maintenance or repair voids this warranty.
What will Republic Design House, Inc. do to correct problems: All warranty service must be provided through
the dealer where you purchased your bed. If the dealer determines that a warranty problem
exists, Republic Design House, Inc. will either replace or authorize the dealer to repair the defective product.
Republic Design House, Inc., reserves the right to decide the appropriate remedy. If the dealer or factory
representative finds return to the factory necessary, packing and shipping costs to the factory will be
the responsibility of the customer.
Limitations on Claims: EXCEPT FOR YOUR REMEDIES FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM
DISCRIBED IN THE PARAGRAGH ABOVE, REPUBLIC DESIGN HOUSE, INC. MAKES NO
WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
DAMAGES OR CLAIMS, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES ARE DIRECT, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL. By way of example only, (i) incidental damages include, but are not limited
to, phone charges, time lost from work, transportation costs and cost of renting a product too temporarily
replace the warranted product; and (ii) consequential damages include, but are not limited to
replacing other property that is damaged when the warranted product fails, are not covered.
Third Party Warranties: Your Republic Design house, Inc. product may contain components which come
labeled with manufacturers’ warranties which are in addition to the warranty coverage provide by
Republic Design House, Inc. Any such warranty coverage is the sole obligation of the manufacturer of that
component and you should contact the manufacturer of that component directly in the event of a
warranty claim.
