What Happens
After my Order
is Placed?

Once you place your order,
You will receive confirmation via email.

Depending on the box sizes, we will determine if the order can ship small parcel (FEDEX or UPS) or delivery truck.

Within 48 hours of you placing your order, your order will be sent to our warehouse to ship asap, usually 1-2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking via email.

Depending on how your order shipped, it will either be delivered via FEDEX or UPS, or if it was shipped on a delivery truck you will be contacted by the trucker to set up a delivery time.

in 1-2 days to make sure
everything worked out with
your order.

If at anytime you would like to reach out, regarding anything, we are available by phone Monday thru Friday 8am - 3pm PST. After business hours or on the weekends we can be reached via email to answer any questions
